Congresswoman Maxine Waters                                                                                                                                              January 31st, 2012

2344 Rayburn House Office Building
Washington, DC 20515

Dear Honorable Congresswoman Maxine Waters,

The www.Lobbyistsofficesofgrw.com is a registered federal lobbying in Los Angeles, California.

We are writing you today regarding the number of complaints we have received from Netspend, Inc. customers regarding the federal issues of Netspend, Inc. wire fraud, U.S. Treasury & Social Security fraud by the financial institution called Netspend, Inc. (NetSpend Corporation PO Box 2136,Austin, TX 78768-2136, phone number of 512-531-8200 but you must have an ext. number to get through, fax number of 855-439-6488 CEO is Dan Henry, President is Chuck Harris & the CFO is George Gresham)

Netspend accepts social security deposits for Americans around the country.

Specifically Netspend deposits their own money into the accounts of those receiving SSI or SSDI before the date that the SSI or SSDI is released by the U.S. Department of Treasury.

Additionally Netspend over has a system that keeps its customers calling and calling raking up 0.50 cent charges just checking the customer’s own account.

I spoke to a woman at the treasury department back in July of 2011 during the debt ceiling talks and she told me that the financial institution is not suppose to be doing this.

The treasury Department official also asked me what was the name of my financial institution.

I declined to give that name at that time.

But we are forced to write you today because on January 30, 2012we are still getting these complaints.

So the real question is, since the U.S. Treasury Department doesn’t send Social Security funds into a person’s account who has been awarded SSI, SSDI or both until the date the funds are due, then just whose SSI/SSDI money is going Netspend, Inc. customers accounts four to five days before the U.S. Treasury Department actually deposits the funds?

We contacted via email a Netspend, Inc representative, Umeka Taylor-Perkins via email (512-531-8713, direct number is disconneted- and no one answers the corporate number of 512-531-8200, but you cannot get through to the opeartor without a ext. number) she said this practice helps the customers get there money faster. We told Umeka taylor Perkins that it is against U.S. treasury Department & U.S. Social Security rules to deposit a customers SSI or SSDI before the actual date.  She declined to comment further.

******************************************************************************

Because Netspend has the customers financial data and their addresses many Netspend customers fear for their safety as well as their my fear that Netspend will retaliate against them for complaining by closing their accounts and deliberately losing their Social Security deposits for blowing the whistle and not giving them at least 30 days notice to find another financial institution.

******************************************************************************

Our firm will be forwarding this letter to member of congress until justice is brought against Net spend on behalf of the Netspend customers that contacted us and those that haven’t.

We intend to follow this through legally and bring about a class action lawsuit against Netspend.

We are also reaching out to organizations like the ACLU and others to assist us in this class action lawsuit because we believe it is widespread throughout the United States with Netspend, Inc.

January 31, 2012

Www.lobbyistsofficesofgrw.com has learned that the media hasn’t covered much about missing 5 year old, Jahessye Shockley and there hasn’t been any national media attention about her either.

We’ve been a little curious ourselves, considering that cable news channels have been dwelling on the disappearance of Lisa Irwin, a 10-month-old Kansas City girl who disappeared from her home on October 4.

“I want the national media to pick it up. I won’t stop until they do. I don’t know why it’s not national now,” Shirley Johnson, Jahessye grandmother, tells a local TV news station.  “They have that ability to send out to other states.  They have that ability to make sure someone from across the nation [knows] what is going on.”

If you ask us, she’s got a point. In fact, we nearly penned a post yesterday under the headline “Attention, America: Lisa Irwin Isn’t the Only Missing Child Right Now.”

We want to know what you think, though: is Shockley’s disappearance worthy of national media coverage

Www.lobbyistsofficesofgrw.comhas learned that Police again have shut down the command post where investigators had been working on the case for missing baby Lisa Irwin.Kansas City police Capt. Steve Young said detectives and FBI agents are now back in their usual offices. Investigators had been using a room at the Northland training academy.

Investigators have pored over more than 1,000 tips in the case, and police say they closed the command post because those leads in the case have decreased.

Seven or eight detectives will work on the search for answers in Lisa’s disappearance.
“The number will vary each day,” Young said. “There is one detective who is assigned to the case, like always.”

Jeff Lanza, a retired FBI agent, said closing the command post means leads are drying up or “going cold.” But Lanza stressed this doesn’t mean the case will never be solved.

“But it doesn’t mean it can’t warm up in the future,” Lanza said. “It just means cold right now… As leads come in, they will take action when action is needed.”

Lisa’s father, Jeremy Irwin, called 911 about 4 a.m. Oct. 4 to say that someone had snatched his daughter from her crib in her Northland home while she was sleeping. Her mother, Debbie Bradley, initially said she last saw her daughter about 10:30 p.m. but later admitted she had drank heavily in the hours before her daughter went missing and last remembered seeing her daughter at about 6:30 p.m.

Lisa was 10 months old at the time of her disappearance. Her first birthday was Nov. 11.
Volunteers plan to search Saturday the area of a closed casino at Interstate 435 and Highway 210.

A Dallas psychic says she believes baby Lisa was dumped in that area.

Stephanie Almaguer says the baby accidentally drowned in her home.

Young told www.lobbyistsofficesofgrw.com that authorities are aware of Almaguer’s reported visions. He said numerous psychics have contacted police but little information has been usable.

Also on Friday, John “Jersey” Tanko was in court. The public defender for the Northland handyman says he is not a suspect in the disappearance of baby Lisa.

EMERGENCY BREAKING MISSING BABY LISA IRWIN NEWS 1HR. AGO 1-31-2012. POLICE REFUSE TO TURN OVER DASHCAM VIDEO SHOWING HOW MISSING BABY LISA IRWIN’S PARENTS REACTED TO THEIR OWN BABY BEING MISSING, UNTIL A NEWS STATION FORCES THE POLICE TO TURN OVER THE VIDEO OR GET SUED. FROM LO9BBYIST, PARTNER & MINISTER A.W. KHABIR

January 31, 2012

Www.lobbyistsofficesofgrw.com has learned that a Kansas City television station has obtained two police videos showing officers responding to the initial call from the parents of missing baby Lisa Irwin.

KCTV-TV obtained two dashcam videos from the Kansas City Police Department on Thursday. KCTV reports that police refused to provide video showing the officers interaction with Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin, who reported their 10-month-old daughter missing October 4th. The department cited an exception to the Missouri Open Records Law.

The baby remains missing, and no suspects have been named.

The police department agreed to release parts of the dashcam video, and said additional information would be withheld. The released videos show the officers racing to the scene and shining spotlights on the neighborhood. The videos stop when the offices arrive at the home.

EMERGENCY BREAKING MISSING BABY AYLA REYNOLD NEWS 1HR.15MINS. AGO 1-31-2012. STATE & LOCAL POLICE FOCUS THEIR INVESTIGATION ON THE FATHER & TWO OTHERS AS THE POSSIBLE KIDNAPPERS/KILLERS OF MISSNG BABY AYLA REYNOLDS. FROM LOBBYIST, PARTNER & MINISTER A.W. KHABIR

January 31, 2012

Www.lobbyistsofficesofgrw.com has learned that the State and local detectives believe Ayla Reynolds’s father Justin DiPietro and two other adults know more than they’ve told investigators so far, said Steve McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety.

The notion that someone slipped into the small house and took Ayla without awakening anyone “doesn’t pass the straight-face test,” McCausland said.

“We’ve followed every conceivable piece of evidence that would follow their version of events, and we have found not one piece of evidence that supports an abduction,” he told The Associated Press.

Police confirmed Sunday night that Ayla’s blood was found in the partially finished basement that DiPietro used as his bedroom. Relatives reported on a family-run website that they were told the blood was “more than a small cut would produce,” but police declined to say how much blood was discovered.

DiPietro reported Ayla missing on Dec. 17, telling police he’d put his 20-month-old daughter to bed the night before and she wasn’t there the next morning.

On the night Ayla was last seen, DiPietro was in the home with his girlfriend, Courtney Roberts, and they slept with Roberts’ child in the basement, McCausland said. DiPietro’s sister was with her young child on the main level of the one-story home, and Ayla was in a bedroom by herself, also on the main level, McCausland said Monday. DiPietro’s mother was not home that night.

McCausland said detectives weren’t singling out any of the three adults, but “we think they know more than they’re telling us,” he said.

Justin DiPietro declined to comment Monday, brushing past an Associated Press reporter outside his house without addressing questions before going inside and emphatically closing the door. The AP couldn’t find phone numbers for his girlfriend or his sister.

Ayla was placed in her father’s care while her mother, Trista Reynolds, was in a substance abuse rehabilitation program in Lewiston.

When she disappeared, the blond, blue-eyed toddler was wearing green pajamas with the words “Daddy’s Princess” on the front. One of her arms was in a soft cast after being broken in what police said was an accident.

In Portland, Ayla’s maternal grandfather, Ronald Reynolds, said he took the day off from work on Monday because he couldn’t concentrate after incessant news reports. He said that he tries to stay positive but that negative thoughts sometimes creep into his thinking. Every night, he said, he gazes at Ayla’s photo before going to bed.

“I look at her and wonder why, why, why would anyone want to hurt that little girl?” he said, before angrily addressing Ayla’s father in Waterville. “He was supposed to protect her. He didn’t even do that.”

In Waterville, residents seemed perplexed by the developments, which came after massive searches by game wardens, police, the FBI and divers. Searchers went so far as to drain some local streams as part of their search.

The family-run website, www.aylareynolds.com, issued an appeal for anyone with information about Ayla to come forward.

“Even in light of this evidence we are more determined than ever to find out what has happened to Ayla and we still cling to the hope that she is alive and will be returned to us,” the website said. “We urge anyone that has information about Ayla to come forward now and unburden yourself of the truth.”

Ronald Reynolds added a personal appeal, saying the family has been through too much and needs to know what happened.

“Right now I feel so helpless,” the former Marine said. “Enough is enough. I’m tired of it. Someone ought to have enough guts to stand up to the plate and say where she is so we can have closure. If for some reason my little girl is not with us, then we need to bring her home.”
