Www.lobbyistsofficesofgrw.com has learned that the attorney for baby lisa irwin’s brother Dorothy Savory might be found in contempt of court in Jackson County. The attorney is the lawyer for Rasleen Raim who is currently battling Irwin for custody of their 8-year-old son.
Here’s a look at the newest twist in the bizarre missing persons case of baby Lisa.
On November 18 we, www.lobbyistsofficesofgrw.com reported that Raim is seeking custody of Lisa’s older half brother despite not seeing her son regularly since September 2005. Savory said Raim wanted her son back for “safety” reasons. Lawyers for Irwin called the case “unbelievable.”
Www.lobbyistsofficesofgrw.com also learned that because of the media circus surrounding the case a gag order was likely on the case so lawyers couldn’t talk to the media. Plus the case involves a minor child and should be separate from the search for baby Lisa.
Attorney Savory screwed up in the legal system on Dec. 14. In an unrelated case, Savory is representing robbery suspect Darrel White, Jr. When she pulled some visual trickery on the Jackson County Circuit Court. Attrorney Savory asked the court to identify her client. Instead of having the defendant in the case sitting next to her, the lawyer had White’s twin brother stand in for him.
Www.lobbyistsofficesofgrw.com has learned that Attorney Savory literally almost got away with it, buyt the arresting officer was outside the courtroom and recognized the real perpetrator. The audio recording of the proceedings had Judge Kenneth R. Garrett say he was “furious” with Savory. Prosecutor Jean Baker moved to have Savory barred from the case. Baker said she will also report the defense lawyer for possible disciplinary action.
Attorney Savory’s work on the Irwin case may be in jeopardy if the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel feels her behavior in the other case went too far. Perhaps Irwin’s lawyers can use that to their advantage as they try to maintain custody arrangements of Irwin’s older child.
In other breaking headlines, Megyn Kelly of Fox news & ABC News received an emails from a lobbying firm, stating the real reason that the baby lisa irwin psychic went after the reward money was because she has cancer. Infact ther lobbying firm told the news stations, that they have received several vulgar emails from the psychic Stephanie Almaguer and from a woman named Laura Hull (@sbcglobal.net) saying”You ignorant, trashy, scummy, dumb ass, attention seeking nobodies. Need to get off the internet with this, nobody cares what you write, you started popping up about a week or so ago, why I don’t know. But you should leave Stephanie alone she was trying to help and even if she was wrong, she has never even come close to being the scum suckers you are, she seems like a decent person at least–can not say the same about you flithy dumb asses.”
