BREAKING SADDENING NEWS 9-28-2011. MOTHER WHO DROWNED BABY IN TOILET PLEADS GUILTY. FROM LOBBYIST & MINISTER A.W. KHABIR

September 28, 2011

MOTHER

A Fullerton woman accused of drowning her newborn baby in a toilet has pleaded guilty to felony child abuse as part of a deal struck with prosecutors.

Orange County prosecutors agreed to dismiss murder charges against Yanira Valderrama, 21, in exchange for her plea, according to a report by KTLA-TV Channel 5.

The case began when rescuers responded to a medical emergency at Valderrama’s home on Sept. 4, 2009, and took her to a hospital for treatment, the Fullerton Police Department said. Doctors determined that she had just given birth.

Authorities returned to the home and found the newborn baby’s body. An autopsy confirmed that the infant died from “blunt force” trauma to the head and “asphyxia while submerged in water,” the police department said.

Officials say Valderrama was trying to conceal the pregnancy from her parents.

BREAKING NEWS 2 HRS AGO. THE U.S. COURT WANTS PHOTOS OF DEAD OSAMA BIN LADEN RELEASED, BUT THE UNITED STATES SAYS PHOTOS MUST STAY SECRET. IS HE REALLY DEAD? YOU BE THE JUDGE. FROM LOBBYIST & MINISTER A.W,. KHABIR

September 28, 2011

Public disclosure of graphic photos and video taken of Osama bin Laden after he was killed in May by U.S. commandos would damage national security and lead to attacks on American property and personnel, the Obama administration contends in a court documents.

In a response late Monday to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group seeking the imagery, Justice Department attorneys said the CIA has located 52 photographs and video recordings. But they argued the images of the deceased bin Laden are classified and are being withheld from the public to avoid inciting violence against Americans overseas and compromising secret systems and techniques used by the CIA and the military.

The Justice Department has asked the court to dismiss Judicial Watch’s lawsuit because the records the group wants are “wholly exempt from disclosure,” according to the filing.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, accused the Obama administration of making a “political decision” to keep the bin Laden imagery secret. “We shouldn’t throw out our transparency laws because complying with them might offend terrorists,” Fitton said in a statement. “The historical record of Osama bin Laden’s death should be released to the American people as the law requires.”

The Associated Press has filed Freedom of Information Act requests to review a range of materials, such as contingency plans for bin Laden’s capture, reports on the performance of equipment during the May 1 assault on his compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, and copies of DNA tests confirming the al-Qaida leader’s identity. The AP also has asked for video and photographs taken from the mission, including photos made of bin Laden after he was killed.

The Obama administration refused AP’s request to quickly consider its request for the records. AP appealed the decision, arguing that unnecessary bureaucratic delays harm the public interest and allow anonymous U.S. officials to selectively leak details of the mission. Without expedited processing, requests for sensitive materials can be delayed for months and even years. The AP submitted its request to the Pentagon less than one day after bin Laden’s death.

In a declaration included in the documents, John Bennett, director of the CIA’s National Clandestine Service, said many of the photos and video recordings are “quite graphic, as they depict the fatal bullet wound to (bin Laden) and other similarly gruesome images of his corpse.” Images were taken of bin Laden’s body at the Abbottabad compound, where he was killed by a Navy SEAL team, and during his burial at sea from the USS Carl Vinson, Bennett said.

“The public release of the responsive records would provide terrorist groups and other entities hostile to the United States with information to create propaganda which, in turn, could be used to recruit, raise funds, inflame tensions, or rally support for causes and actions that reasonably could be expected to result in exceptionally grave damage to both the national defense and foreign relations of the United States,” Bennett wrote.

Navy Adm. William McRaven, the top officer at U.S. Special Operations Command, said in a separate declaration that releasing the imagery could put the special operations team that carried out the assault on bin Laden’s compound at risk by making them “more readily identifiable in the future.” Before his current assignment, McRaven led the Joint Special Operations Command, the organization in charge of the military specialized counterterrorism units.

BREAKING NEWS 45 MINS. AGO 9-28-2011. THREE (3) FAMILIES ARE SUSPECTED IN 95 MURDERS. FROM LOBBYIST & MINISTER A.W. KHABIR

September 28, 2011

RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) — Brazilian authorities are trying to extinguish a 60-year-old family feud they say has led to at least 95 murders.

Police say they sent 130 lawmen into six rural communities in northeastern Brazil to make arrests meant to end the bloodshed involving the Oliveira, Veras and Suassuna families.

Cristiano Jacques, police chief in the town of Patos, told a news conference on Tuesday that the families are suspected of killing 64 members of rival clans as well as 31 people in their own families. Police did not describe the origin of the conflict.

“All their crimes are planned in advance, with clear-cut tasks handed out among members of the organization. There are those who plan, finance, recruit gunmen, and execute,” he said.

Investigators told police the families have been fighting for more than 60 years, but the violence has increased in the last decade.

The head of security for Rio Grande do Norte state, Aldair da Rocha, said law enforcement moved in now because police in Paraiba learned there were plans to commit another murder during the weekend.

The families have committed eight murders between them this year, officials

BREAKING NEWS 9-28-2011. GROCERY STORES NATIONWIDE ARE SELLING POISONED CANTALOUPES & TAINTED FRUITS. 13 PEOPLE HAVE DIED THUS FAR AND 72 ILLNESSES HAVE BEEN REPORTED. FROM LOBBYIST & MINISTER A.W. KHABIR

September 28, 2011

WASHINGTON (AP) — Health officials say as many as 16 people have died from possible listeria illnesses traced to Colorado cantaloupes, the deadliest food outbreak in more than a decade.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Tuesday that 72 illnesses, including 13 deaths, are linked to the tainted fruit. State and local officials say they are investigating three additional deaths that may be connected.

The death toll released by the CDC Tuesday — including newly confirmed deaths in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Texas — surpassed the number of deaths linked to an outbreak of salmonella in peanuts almost three years ago. Nine people died in that outbreak.

The CDC said Tuesday that they have confirmed two deaths in Texas and one death each in in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Last week the CDC reported two deaths in Colorado, four deaths in New Mexico, one in Oklahoma and one in Maryland.

New Mexico officials said Tuesday they are investigating a fifth death, while health authorities in Kansas and Wyoming said they too are investigating additional deaths possibly linked to the tainted fruit.

Listeria is more deadly than well-known pathogens like salmonella and E. coli, though those outbreaks generally cause many more illnesses. Twenty-one people died in an outbreak of listeria poisoning in 1998 traced to contaminated hot dogs and possibly deli meats made by Bil Mar Foods, a subsidiary of Sara Lee Corp. Another large listeria outbreak in 1985 killed 52 people and was linked to Mexican-style soft cheese.

Listeria generally only sickens the elderly, pregnant women and others with compromised immune systems. The CDC said the median age of those sickened is 78 and that one in five who contract the disease can die.

Dr. Robert Tauxe of the CDC says the number of illnesses and deaths will probably grow in coming weeks because the symptoms of listeria don’t always show up right away. It can take four weeks or more for a person to fall ill after eating food contaminated with listeria.

“That long incubation period is a real problem,” Tauxe said. “People who ate a contaminated food two weeks ago or even a week ago could still be falling sick weeks later.”

CDC reported the 72 illnesses and deaths in 18 states. Cases of listeria were reported in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. The most illnesses were reported in Colorado, which has seen 15 sickened. Fourteen illnesses were reported in Texas, 10 in New Mexico and eight in Oklahoma.

The outbreak has been traced to Jensen Farms in Holly, Colo., which recalled the tainted cantaloupes earlier this month. The Food and Drug Administration said state health officials had found listeria in cantaloupes taken from grocery stores in the state and from a victim’s home that were grown at Jensen Farms. Matching strains of the disease were found on equipment and cantaloupe samples at Jensen Farms’ packing facility in Granada, Colo.

FDA, which investigates the cause of foodborne outbreaks, has not released any additional details on how the contamination may have happened. The agency says its investigation is ongoing.

The Rocky Ford-brand cantaloupes from Jensen Farms were shipped from July 29 through Sept. 10 to Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming.

The recalled cantaloupe may be labeled “Colorado Grown,” ”Distributed by Frontera Produce,” ”Jensenfarms.com” or “Sweet Rocky Fords.” Not all of the recalled cantaloupes are labeled with a sticker, the FDA said.

Unlike many pathogens, listeria bacteria can grow at room temperatures and even refrigerator temperatures. The FDA and CDC recommend anyone who may have one of the contaminated cantaloupes throw it out immediately and clean and sanitize any surfaces it may have touched.

About 800 cases of listeria are found in the United States each year, according to CDC, and there usually are three or four outbreaks. Most of these are traced to deli meat and soft cheeses, where listeria is most common.

Produce has rarely been the culprit, but federal investigators say they have seen more produce-related listeria illnesses in the past two years. It was found in sprouts in 2009 and celery in 2010.

While most healthy adults can consume listeria with no ill effects, it can kill the elderly and those with compromised immune systems. It is also dangerous to pregnant women because it easily passes through to the fetus. Dr. Tauxe of the CDC said the type of listeria linked to the cantaloupes is not one that is commonly associated with pregnancy-associated illnesses, however. State and federal health authorities have not definitively linked any miscarriages, stillbirths or infant illnesses to the current outbreak.

Symptoms of listeria include fever and muscle aches, often with other gastrointestinal symptoms. Victims often become incapacitated and unable to speak.

Debbie Frederick said her mother knew something was wrong when her father, 87-year-old William Thomas Beach, collapsed at his home in Mustang, Okla. and couldn’t get up. He died a few days later, on Sept. 1. The family later learned his death was linked to eating the cantaloupe and sued Jensen Farms.

“First you just kind of go into shock,” said Frederick. “Then it settles in that he would still be alive if this hadn’t happened. It’s a life, for what?”

SHE WE ALLOW GOD TO HANDLE OUR PROBLEMS OR SHOULD WE HANDLE THEM USING THE POWER GOD GAVE US (MARK 11:23 & MARK 11:24) FROM LOBBYIST & MINISTER A.W. KHABIR

September 28, 2011
If you are facing marital problems you probably are extremely weighted down and want your marriage restored the way “God” intended marriages to work.

If you ever thought of just throwing in the towel on your marraige, don’t. To you it might seem impossible to save your marriage.

Turn it over to “God” so he can work on the restoration of your marraige. Do not be afraid. Trust in your Lord. God can bring good out of your marriage problems, trials or tribulations
that you are going through if you will obey the Lord.

Many pastors, associate pastors, counselors, pastors wives and attorneys sometimes say to a husband or a wife that they need let the spouse go.
A lot of marraiges that are going through separation one or both of the spouses are hurting and are ready to just throw in the towel. In the book of Mark 11:23, it says “for assuredly I say unto you, whosoever shall say unto this mountain (problem), be though removed and cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done. He shall have whatsoever he says.”
Turn it over and “Let God handle what you can’t handle”
I know this pain personally because I am going through separation and I want to restore my marriage. But I say to all experiencing separation and divorce and much more, my prayer is that you will learn to “Stop looking at your circumstances and listening to everyone else, and listen to your Holy Spirit, your greatest Counselor!”

And remember and stay focused on “God” and his Mark 11:23.
At be begining of stand for the restoration of my marriage I learned it was all about the power of God and God’s plan for my marriage and family.

I have even entered marital counseling on my own. I am going to stand for the restoration of my marriage as it is written in Mark 11:23. I will not date other women or commit adultery.

I am now using the energy of all those crying days and why me days, to get back to my studies of becoming an ordained minister and an attorney. I am Letting God handle what I can’t handle. I sray in constant prayer and say positive affirmations for the restoration of my marriage every hour.

My testimony is, my wife walked out of the marraige three times. Prior to marrying her and being engaged she took off the ring four (4) times. And obviously I married her. I never, ever physically, mentally or financially abused my wife and never committeed adultery. But I was definitely over protective and mades some mistakes in other areas. but I have been a good provider to my wife. So will we are separated I guess we are probably both looking at our mistakes

I have no way to reach my wife who moved out of state and is living with relatives who use to be my in-laws now turned outlaws.

One day I went to sleep say the affirmation “I am blessed that my wife is calling me now.”
And the next day my wife called me.
She then called me again. Now even. though she is in pain and still angry, I just let her talk and don’t try and offer any negative feed back. I just listen and say I love you, miss you and need you.I am working with “God” to learn how to date my wife all over again, And it starts with listening to “God” and her. “God” will show her what she did wrong this I know for a fact.
Divorce is still an epidemic in our churches! My becoming a pastor was not by my design I had been running from “God” calling me for decades even though I new the bible extremely well and could break a scripture down for the young and the old to understand. This separation is giving me plenty of time to renew my focus back on “God” and his ministry for my life and let him handle my wife and her heart and mind. I really want to reachout as a pastor on a lot of levels but particularly on the level of marriages and restoration of marriages. I need to proclaim to others every day, God does heal hurting and dead marriages!

What is the answer for your marriage, your future, your fears, and your hopelessness? Let me share a scripture that the Lord gave me at the beginning of my stand:

“I hate divorce,” which is found in Malachi 2:16. And the other scripture was, Mark 11:23, it says “for assuredly I say unto you, whosoever shall say unto this mountain (problem), be though removed and cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done. He shall have whatsoever he says.”

So I say to all readers “Let go and let God” deal with your husband or wife and all your marriage problems you may be facing right now. May I suggest that you get on your knees and lay all your problems before “God” and Let God handle what you can’t handle.

Surrender everything to your Lord for Him to handle them in His perfect will and way daily. Then ask the Lord to help you be a lighthouse wherever you may work or play.

Your Holy Spitrit is your preacher, teacher and shall teach all things about your situation and how to handle any aspect such as saying “I am Sorry.” So you have got to get into the word of “God” and stay their and think marriage restoration and write down positive marraige restoration affirmations and write down affirmations casting out the devil in your marriage and those relatives and friends that are working with the devil. And no matter what circumstances you see you job is to call your Mark 11:23 into existence and that is your restord married.

Todays pastors, ministers, priests or rabbis are God’s messengers to present the Gospel and to minister God’s Word to their flock of sheep. Due to their lack of knowledge of marriage restoration, there are some who have accepted divorce in their churches and are putting your marriage into a casket when the Lord is speaking marriage restoration, love, faith, hope and trust to you personally!

Again listen to what the Holy Spirit is speaking to you over and over again. Seek the Lord for His personal answer for your own covenant marriage. Remove all your doubt and unbelief and choose to believe for your marriage, your financial problems, for your teenagers’ problems and even for your own health problems?
Do not give up on your Lord God! Do not grumble and complain to your Lord about all your circumstances. He knows and sees everything. Allow Him to fight your daily
battles by you praying and “letting go and letting God” turn your circumstances around to good. You need to believe and deepen your faith, trust, knowledge and understanding of God’s mighty power which will help you pick up your cross and follow the Lord all the way to your marriage being restored.

Do not give up on your Lord God. Yes, you may be hurting and bleeding due to the attacks of the enemy, but cry out to your Lord. Stop saying why me Lord and stop looking at your circumstances.

Choose to surrender your will and way to His divine plan and purpose in your life and marriage.

Never give up on what the Lord can do for your marriage or someone else’s marriage you are praying for.

In the future, be ready to share the power of your Lord Jesus Christ in restoring and rebuilding your marriage to many others if you will wait for your miracle of marriage restoration!

Remember the devils job is to kill, steal & destroy. And this means that the devil will use agents, such as family, friends, pastors, police and the courts/judges to try to defeat your marraige restoration.
But “God” says in malachi 2:16 “I hate divorce.”
So Let God handle what you can’t handle.
I will update this sermon as praise reports in my own life and restoration of my marraige take place.

MAJOR BREAKING NEWS @ 7:20PM, 9-27-2011. IT TAKES 28 HOURS TO CATCH THIS BIG ASS FISH. FROM LOBBYIST & MINISTER A.W. KHABIR

September 28, 2011

Some reports listed the weight of a blue marlin landed Sunday off Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, at an eye-popping 1,213 pounds, a record for the resort destination. Others claimed the behemoth fell short of “grander” status, weighing only 972 pounds on a marina scale.

Whatever the weight of the billfish, it was an extraordinary catch, especially considering that the battle played out for nearly 28 hours, giving this yarn a Hemingway quality that seems more like fiction than fact.

The angler credited with the catch is Richard Biehl of Traverse City, Michigan, but he had help from the crew aboard the 31-foot yacht, Go Deep, which was plying the Pacific Ocean north of Cabo San Lucas at Baja California’s tip.

After an offshore marathon that began Saturday morning at 8:20 and ended close to noon Sunday, those aboard the yacht either resembled or felt like very old men of the sea.

“That was the hardest thing I ever did in my life by far,” Biehl told Pisces Sportfishing general manager Tracy Ehrenberg, who on Monday evening published the first detailed account of the remarkable episode. “I’ve shot bull moose and trekked out with 200 pounds on my back and it doesn’t even compare.”

Nobody knew what was in store when the marlin attacked a trolled lure at what is known as the 95 Spot, and dashed toward the horizon. The fishermen were targeting much smaller striped marlin and using only 60-pound-test line — far too light for giant blue marlin.

When the great billfish first jumped, about 400 feet from the boat, the crew guessed its weight to be about 700 pounds.

Word of the catch didn’t spread until Monday, when many in town and in the billfishing community considered the catch to be a rumor. Then photos and sparse details began to appear on Facebook. One photo showed the weight at 972 pounds, but that did not tell the story.

Ehrenberg on Monday afternoon interviewed Capt. Luis Abaroa and his crew, and briefly spoke with Biehl. (Efforts to reach Biehl for this story, via cellphone, were unsuccessful.)

Abaroa told Ehrenberg that the marlin registered only 972 pounds because the hook of the electronic scale used to weigh the fish was not high enough for all of the fish to clear the ground, so a time-tested measurement formula — using length and girth — was used to determine the 1,213 pounds. The marlin measured 137 inches long, or 11.4 feet, not counting its bill or tail. It was 75 inches, or 6.25 feet around.

Weight records for marlin caught off Cabo San Lucas are not kept officially, but an 1,111-pounder caught in the 1980s is believed to be the heaviest.

More recently, in this era of high-speed reels and other technological advancements, overnight struggles with giant billfish have become increasingly rare.

Biehl, bemoaning the use of light line, fought the giant blue marlin by himself until about sunset, then relinquished the rod to a deckhand. By then food and water had been exhausted and another vessel captained by Abaroa’s brother, Frankie, was summoned via radio to deliver supplies.

The marlin leaped again, closer to the boat, as darkness fell. The weight estimate was revised upward to between 800-1,000 pounds.

A long night was fitful because to keep the line from breaking the captain and crew had to keep just enough pressure on the marlin, and constant maneuvering of the boat was necessary.

At sunrise a rejuvenated Biehl reclaimed the rod and resumed the fight. With the line and leader weakening, the crew aboard the other boat had devised a snag rig and managed to setting more hooks into the cheek of the wearying marlin.

Finally, the billfish tired and was brought alonside the boat, and according to Ehrenberg, Biehl chose to have it gaffed and brought to port. “It’s a once-in-a-lifetime fish. I want to take him,” he said.

Surprisingly, Biehl went fishing again Monday and caught and released a striped marlin, before himself succumbing to all he had been through by coming down with a bout of seasickness.

EMERGENCY BREAKING MEDICAL NEWS 9-27-2011. 13 DEATHS & 72 ILLNESSES ARE LINKED TO EATING TAINTED FRUIT SUCH AS CANTALOUPES & OTHER FRUITS. DO NOPT EAT THE FRUIT BEFORE CHECKING WITH THE FDA.
