Honorable Judge John V. Megis,
My name is A.W. KHABIR and I understand that you are the supervising judge to Commissioner Susan Weiss. Commissioner Susan Weiss issued a temporary and then a permanent restraining order (CASE NUMBER#YQ015262) to Kimberly Louise Bateman-Khabir, who is my wife and my wife tried to have me killed twice to keep from turning over documents showing federal, state, and county of Los Angeles DPSS child care fraud (DOPSS division chief Jon Minato).
Nature of Complaint:
I am writing to complain about the violation by the petitioner (Kimberly Louise Bateman-Khabir) of her own restraining order against me the respondent. I have received two personal emails from petitioner and they appear according to LAPD, to be an attempt by Kimberly Louise Bateman to set me up to violate the restraining order by responding to her emails, that have, believe it or not your honor, absolutely no such title and no subject matter. Additionally around the 31st of May 2011, around 1:15pm, my wife’s neice Charmaine Ross follows me into a store located on Western Ave (across the street from the Maty Bethune Library) in Los Angeles, Ca. While I an standing at the ATM machine the neice is trying to converse with me about calling my wife and little chit-chat. I didn’t respond, just got my cash from the ATM and walked away. Charmaine Ross then followed me to the check-out line and stood two feet away from me just staring. I then walked out of the store.
Attached to this letter please find copies of the emails sent to me by the petitioner (Kimberly Louise Bateman-Khabir), both to my personal email address and to my blog email address.
I have not responded to any of Kimberly Louise Bateman-Khabir emails and I will not violate the restraining order in any way shape, form or fashion.
I have had two strokes as a result of this and when and if necessary to return back to court for the purpose of filing an ex-parte motion I can also show you, honorable Judge Meigs, the pain that all of this has caused me mentally and physically.
If I should have another stroke, your honor, I might not be able to talk or even walk.
I love my wife dearly but she asked and received the restraining order.
But it is a waste of tax payer money for Commissioner Weiss to issue the order only to have Kimberly Louise Bateman-Khabir violate her own order in a show of wanting her cake and wanting to eat the cake to.
Judge Meis, Commissioner Weiss has approached this case back in March 2011 with a condescending demeanor, bias, and abused her authority against me personally. Further, the Commissioner has deprived me of my Constitutional rights, including my First and Fourteenth Amendment rights, and has breached the rights granted to me as a citizen of the United States. These rights are the great privilege and honor of living in this country.
The actions taken by Commissioner Weiss fail to comply with the canons of Code of Judicial Ethics. Commissioner Weiss continually allowed the plaintiff to make personal attacks against me without allowing me any opportunity to rebuttal and have the same rights as the plaintiff to present witnesses to substantiate my request for the Commissioner to vacate the order. Commissioner Weiss emptied her court with the exception of nothing but all women including the baliff, secretary and stenographer all of whom where women. Commissioner Weiss used the previous misdemeanor battery case (in which I was forced to plea bargain in a misdemeanor battery case were my, public defender Robert Krauss told me that if I didn’t accept the plea, then the DA would take the case to Torrance before an all White Jury who would be pro-law enforcement and anti-black and thus convict me) against me to help my wife. The commissioner did this as if she was a witness for the plaintiff.
A review of the transcript of my case will show precisely how the Commissioner erred. How can a Judge subject anyone to such a false restraining order without hearing from the defendant the motive for the plaintiff to file the restraining order. The Commissioner made a lot of humiliating statements that are based on a personal gender prejudice? My pride of having worked most of the years of my life is gone in 30 minutes by Commissioner Weiss’s gender prejudice statements and statements of the plaintiff.
Again the plaintiff was able to use the same witnesses that were involved in trying to kill me (see attached), but the Commissioner again was pro-women, and anti-man and particularly anti-black man.
Moreover, the credible reputation that I worked hard to build throughout my life has been irreparably damaged by Commissioner Weiss statements, those she allowed of the plaintiff and the plaintiffs witnesses.
I have been living a nightmare for the past forty days plus days since my wife the plaintiff and members of her family tried to have me killed and Commissioner’s Weiss’s actions have added to this nightmare.
I have suffered breach after breach of my Constitutional rights at the hands of Commissioner Weiss and two strokes and now I am afraid to open my email for fear of having another stoke should I see another email from Kimberly Louise Bateman-Khabir.
I am writing you about justice and asking you to review this case with an eye for whatever violation is do Kimberly Louise Bateman-Khabir for violating the restraining order.
No one is above the law where they can file a false restraining order on a person to cover up their failed attempts at what they did and run to the court to look like the victim.
No restraining order should be approved and left in tack when the petitioner repeatedly via electronic mail violates their own restraining order, no matter what the reason.
If Kimberly Louise Bateman-Khabir wants to contact me (her husband) she should go back to the commissioner and ask to modify the restraining order, or vacate the restraining order.
In closing honorable Judge Meigs, I don’t feel that filing a ex-parte motion in the court of Commissioner Weiss will bring me any justice, because commissioner Weiss is ani-man and in particular anti-African American man.
So to be on the safe side I am also email a copy of this letter to the white house, the governor and the Los Angeles County Supervisors.
Honorable Judge Meigs please reachout to me via email and help me stop the petitioner from contacting me unless they get a modification from the judge/commissioner.
