| Your timing is perfect, because I was drafting a brief letter, coupled with all of the documents your and your department have received from me todate, for all of the county supervisors to review upon my attending today’s supervisors meeting for public coment.
As you know I have already written to supervisor Michael D. Antonovich, and he know me both by name and by sight. I will complete the drafting of my letter, but I will hold off on attending the supervisors meeting because your answer is sufficient, except for two questions, including one that you have not answered even though I have requested this answer twice. You state that if the case is accepted by the DA’s office and the suspect(s) (Kimberly Bateman Khabir, Calais Bateman and Charmaine Ross) are subsequently prosecuted, the outcome of the court case becomes public record for review at the tax payors convenience. First, how and when will we the tax payors know or be able to monitor if the case(s) has been prosecuted so that we, the tax payors can request and review the public record at the Criminal Court Building located at 210 West Temple, 5th Floor, Los Angeles, California? Unfortunately, due to confidentiality mandates, the WFP&I Section is not at liberty to notify a tax payor when a investigation closes and/or when the suspect’s case has been adjudicated in court. As such, your only option is to periodically monitor court public records to obtain this information. Secondly, I need to talk directly with the investigator(s) handling this case to make sure they have all of the facts that I have submitted to you and Jon Minato. Be advised that all of the information/documentation you provided to me and Chief Jon Minato has been forwarded to the investigator of record. During the course of the investigation, you will be contacted only if additional information is needed from you. As I advised you my previous e-mail, if you discover additional information pertaining to your fraud allegations, you may forward it directly to me via my e-mail anddress or fax number shown below. How and when do we make this communication with the investigator(s) happen? Please see the above response. The investigator of record will contact you if it becomes necessary. Please review the forth coming fax to you because it will show you that I have not only almost lost my life behind the attempt to kill me by Kimberly Bateman and to stop me from coming forward with this information about the fraud, but I was just released from the hospital after having a stroke and congestive heart failure over this issue.
